General Contractors License Requirements
Certificate of Insurance
Must list the City of Beech Grove as the additional insured.
$10,000 Bond
City authorized to impose bonds, see IC 36-7-2-4
- Must have the City of Beech Grove and unknown third party listed as payee.
- Originals must be on file at the Clerk Treasurer's Office.
- Copies can be faxed or emailed, but originals must be mailed or hand delivered.
Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing License Requirements
