Beech grove EMS department

Beech Grove EMS formerly operated as a division of the Beech Grove Fire Department until December 25th, 2021, when the Beech Grove Fire Department merged with the Indianapolis Fire Department (IFD) . EMS Division remains a separate agency from IFD.

Our promise to the Citizens of Beech Grove is that we will strive to maintain our level of exceptional customer service and will always be prepared to respond to your needs day or night with professionalism, compassion, and respect. 

 The Vision of our department is as follows:

• We will strive to be role models in the community and leaders in our profession.
• We will work with community leaders, local businesses, and the general public to effectively educate and inform on ways to teach injury prevention.
• We will partner with City Leaders, Department Heads, local businesses, and community stakeholders to effectively prepare and inform the citizens of Beech Grove in ways to protect and prepare themselves in the event of natural and man-made disasters.
• We will be accountable to those we serve, each other and National Standards of our profession.
• We are committed to providing the best public service through innovative training, education and maintaining our equipment.

As the EMS Director, I take it as my personal responsibility to make the City of Beech Grove as safe as possible through our commitment to Emergency Medical Services along with Emergency Planning.
